Is CURVENISTA ® a real store? Can I trust you?
Yes! CURVENISTA ® is a real store. We’re the first department and retail brand of P.K. Spearman Enterprises, LLC., which was officiated by the county and state of Kentucky in May of 2015. As of July of this year, our company became an accredited business through the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Cincinnati. Although, we currently do not have a physical location at the moment, we do practice a high level of professionalism, prompt customer service, quality control and online ethicalism in our online store and in our business dealings with our customers. So, yes you can trust us here at P.K. Spearman Enterprises, LLC. to engage in safe and ethic practices and give accurate and credible information when processing, completing and shipping out orders to our customers. As we strive to provide a pleasurable shopping experience for our customers in our store! Thank you.
Does CURVENISTA ® have a physical location?
No, at the present moment CURVENISTA ® does not have a physical location. We are currently online-based only!
Where do you ship your items from?
We currently ship our items from Cincinnati, OH to anywhere in the world.
What shipping methods do you use typically?
Yes, typically for all orders we ship to our customers by way of 2-DAY Priority Mail. Which customers are charged by USPS shipping rates at checkout. These rates are calculated once a customers shipping address is entered. Our mail carrier is USPS. For customers who opt to have their order sent USPS Express Mail, the customer is charged by standard USPS shipping rates made available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. At the moment, we only ship Priority Mail International, which takes typically 6-10 business days to arrive to the customer. We charge a flat-rate fee of $32.00 at checkout for all International orders.
Are all your items true-to-size and fit?
Yes, we here at P.K.S.E. know how important it is to us and our customers to have items that actually fit and are true-to-size. So, with every item we make sure to check its measurements in which we test up against a general size chart for US Plus Sizes to determine if the item is indeed Plus Size and the right size.
Where can I find your size chart?
When viewing an item in our shop, you will find 2 size charts. The first being the actual measurements of the item and the second, being a general size chart for all US Plus Sizes. We put the second size chart there to help you judge the actual measurements of the item to ensure that it is indeed a Plus Size item and correctly sized.
How long does it take for an item on Pre-Order to arrive?
Generally, it takes 2 weeks and a half for an item on Pre-Order to arrive at our facility. However, in most cases we receive items earlier.
What happens once I Pre-Order an item?
Ok, so once you Pre-Order an item in our store, our staff send out an email to the customer concerning details on their Pre-Order. This email usually contains details regarding the item the customer ordered, the date of their Pre-Order and the estimated dates in which the item will arrive at our facility. Furthermore, once the item arrives at our facility, our staff sends out a final email to the customer notifying them that their order has arrived and further details concerning shipment and delivery of the item.
Can I backorder an item even if it’s out-of-stock momentarily?
Yes, we do allow customers to backorder specific products even if the item shows to be out-of-stock at the moment. If the customer opts to backorder an item that’s out-of-stock, the customer would simply order the item as if the item were in stock.
What happens once I BackOrder an item?
Similarly, to when a customer Pre-Order’s an item; two emails are sent out to the customer. The first email is sent out to the customer upon the customer backordering an item. This email usually contains details regarding the item the customer backordered, the date of their BackOrder and the estimated dates in which the item will arrive at our facility. Furthermore, once the item arrives at our facility, our staff sends out a final email to the customer notifying them that their order has arrived and further details concerning shipment and delivery of the item.
Are returns fairly easy here at CURVENISTA ®?
No, we honor a strict Return Policy here at CURVENISTA ® to avoid fraudulent activity by way of unethical customers. *Please review our Return Policy for further details.
Will PKS Cosmetics feature makeup for all women?
Yes, PKS Cosmetics is not for a particular race of women. Our cosmetics line is dynamic, and multicultural and will feature makeup that will enhance and beautify all nationalities of women.
