At P.K. Spearman Enterprises, LLC. returns are fairly simple, we strive to provide amazing products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We practice and perform a high level of quality control on all of our products. This process entails carefully inspecting your items one by one for any damages before we ship them to you. These damages include: rips, tears, odor of any sort, stains, and discolorations. In any case you receive an item that’s: wrongly sized, damaged or not your order, we offer a 14-Day Return Policy for all products. So, please be sure to contact our Customer Service at Info@PKS.Enterprises or call us at: (513)-512-5588 to initiate your return. We are always happy to serve you!

INITIATING A RETURN
Once initiating a return through email or phone, customer will have 24-48 business hours to commit to return by attaching a clear and viewable picture of their receipt with tracking number and mail carrier and sending it to us via email at Info@PKS.Enterprises. This is a MANDATORY step that must be completed once a customer initiates their return or their return will be cancelled immediately after the 24-48 business hours. Once, a customer’s refund has been cancelled, customer will not have another chance to initiate another return. If we still happen to receive package from customer after cancelling their return, the item will be shipped back to the customer immediately.

We ONLY accept items for the possibility of a refund that have been unopened, unworn, free of damages, wrong size or wrong item! If your item matches one of these reasons, you must return your order within 14 days of purchase to our shipping address. *You must return items in new, unused and undamaged condition with all original materials included with the shipment (clothing w/original baggage if possible, invoice, promotional items and any other additional papers). If any of these items are excluded from the returned package, an additional $10 will be deducted from your refunded amount. So again, be sure to include ALL original items in packaging when returning your item!

We must receive your returned item(s) at our processing facility within 14 days of delivery. Once received, we immediately inspect all returned items and if item has been used, worn or damaged (rips, tears, odor of any sort, stains, and discolorations), refund will not be rewarded. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus shipping costs. *(SEE WHEN IT’S OUR FAULT FOR FURTHER DETAILS)

You can expect your refund within 7-14 business days from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 14 days because of the time required for return shipping, product inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. ALL refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed we will send you an email with your refund details.

If you initiate a return after 14 days of purchase, items are no longer refundable and return will be cancelled upon request.

WHEN IT’S OUR FAULT
If in any case you receive your order but find:

missing or wrong item(s)
incorrectly sized items

Please contact us immediately, as we will gladly correct your order.

All purchases on SALE items, Seasonal Sales items, Annual Sales items, Markdowns and Pre-Owned items are final! NO REFUNDS CAN BE GRANTED!

-We do not accept product returns and exchanges for the following items: sale items, seasonal sales items, annual sales items, markdowns, pre-owned items, intimates, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, eyewear, cosmetics, hair extensions, weave extensions, wigs and earrings.

DELIVERIES

All delivered purchases must be returned via postal mail within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept pick-up request! To return your package, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Complete the Returns section of the Packing Slip.

Step 2: Place the merchandise and the Packing Slip, including any additional items sent with your order in its original packaging or packaging of your choice.

Step 3: Package the return and seal securely with tape.

Step 4: Affix the Return Label to your package (Note: Make sure to cover or remove the original shipping label)

Step 5: Drop your package at any U.S Post Office location, or with your local postal carrier.
